Filled with water, it works as a small enema: you press the plunger and a measured amount goes in for a quick rinse. Filled with lubricant, it becomes a lube applicator that places lubricant inside the body instead of only at the entrance, which helps before anal play with larger toys. The clear barrel shows how much is left, and the plunger lets you go as slowly as you like.

CleanStream Enema Syringe: measured rinsing and lube delivery

This CleanStream set is built around a clear ABS plastic syringe, 8.25 inches long and 2.4 inches wide, that holds up to 150 mL, about 5.1 fl oz. A 23.5 inch silicone tube fits over the syringe's outlet, and one of three tips goes on the other end. Two tips are smooth and tapered, and one is beaded for extra sensation.

Because the tube separates the syringe from the body, only the tip is inserted. The distributor points out that this keeps whatever is in the barrel uncontaminated. It also means you can hold the tip in place with one hand and work the plunger with the other.

Best for: Useful for anyone who wants precise control over a small rinse, or an easy way to get lubricant where it is needed before anal play.
