A desensitizing gel lube also contains a numbing ingredient. Juicy AF Desensitizing is described by Little Genie as numbing gently on contact and creating a cool, comfortable sensation for anal play. The directions are to rub a generous amount around the anal opening and wait five minutes before intercourse. With reduced feeling you get fewer warning signs, so keep the pace slow.
