The object used for penis packing also called a penis packer, may take the form of only a penis shape or may also involve a replica of a realistic scrotum and testicles. Penis packers may be used to make male clothing hang and move correctly. This is done to avoid the shape of clothing being visibly empty. Cisgender males who’ve lost some or all of their genitals through accident, often in combat, may also wear one, while many FTM’s wear penis packers as it helps them to fully identify as male.
