Transit times also depend on available cargo flights, weather conditions, and carrier routing. Once your package enters your country's postal system, it follows local delivery schedules. Some customers receive orders within a week; others experience delays. These variations are normal for international shipping.

The international shipping fee you pay at checkout covers only the cost of transporting your package. It does not include any government-imposed fees your country may levy.

These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities based on the declared value of your order and local import regulations. They are collected by the carrier or your local postal service before delivery — not by TheDildoHub.com. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be for your specific order. We strongly recommend researching your country's import policies before placing an international order.
What's not included
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other government-imposed charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
Customs declaration
We describe contents generically (e.g., "personal care products") and declare the actual purchase value as required by law. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue orders — this is illegal and puts your shipment at risk of seizure.
Refused or unclaimed shipments
If you refuse delivery, fail to pay customs fees, or allow your package to be returned as unclaimed, we cannot offer a full refund. International shipping costs are substantial, and returned packages often incur additional fees. Please ensure you're prepared to pay any applicable customs charges before ordering. Plain Packaging
Every order ships in a plain brown cardboard box or poly mailer — no logos, no product names, no "TheDildoHub" anywhere on the exterior.
Discreet Billing
Your card statement shows Sp-Tdh-Br, not "TheDildoHub" or any reference to adult products. Some banks may display a slightly truncated version — this is outside our control.
Neutral Return Address
The return address shows a city and state only — no business name, no indication of what's inside.

Daily Cutoff
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific (4:00 PM Eastern) on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, ship the next business day.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays ship the following business day.

Tracking during customs clearance
International tracking may be less detailed than domestic tracking, particularly once your package enters your country's postal system. There may be periods where tracking updates pause during customs clearance — this is completely normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in an unusually long time, contact us and we'll investigate.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck?

Stuck in Customs
If tracking shows your package is held in customs, it usually means authorities are assessing duties or require additional information. The carrier will contact you with instructions. Please respond promptly to avoid further delays or package return.
Shows Delivered, Not Found
Check thoroughly with everyone at your address, around your property, with neighbors, and with building management. Your package arrived in plain packaging, so it may not be immediately recognisable. If still not found after 48 hours, contact us.
Lost Package
If tracking hasn't updated in several weeks beyond the expected window, or the carrier declares it lost, contact us. We'll file an international claim and work with you on a resolution — reship, refund, or store credit.
Delayed Package
International delays are common due to customs processing, carrier routing, and local postal efficiency. If tracking shows your package is still moving — even slowly — please allow extra time. If significantly beyond the estimated window, reach out and we'll investigate.
