International Carriers

International shipments are handled by trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, and USPS. Our fulfillment team selects the best carrier based on your destination and shipping speed. You cannot select a specific carrier, but regardless of which carrier delivers your order, your package will arrive in plain, unmarked packaging.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Important: Please read this section carefully.

The international shipping fee you pay at checkout covers only the cost of transporting your package from our facility to your address. It does not include:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Value-added tax (VAT)
• Goods and services tax (GST)
• Brokerage fees
• Any other government-imposed charges

These fees are determined by your country's customs authorities based on the declared value of your order and local import regulations. They are collected by the carrier or your local postal service before delivery—not by The Dildo Hub. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be for your specific order.

You are responsible for paying all customs duties and import taxes. If you refuse to pay these charges or fail to claim your package, it may be returned to us or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund; see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Discreet Packaging & Billing

Your Privacy Is Protected Worldwide

International orders receive the exact same discreet packaging as our domestic shipments. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging; brown boxes or poly mailers with no logos, no product descriptions, and nothing that reveals the contents.

Your credit card statement shows Sp Tdh-Br, not "The Dildo Hub" or any reference to adult products. Privacy isn't an upgrade; it's standard on every order, everywhere we ship.

Please Note: Some banks may display a slightly different or truncated version of this descriptor; this is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.

Customs Declaration

International shipments require customs declaration forms. We describe contents generically (e.g., "personal care products" or "silicone massager") and declare the actual purchase value as required by law. We do not mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue orders to avoid customs fees; this is illegal and puts your shipment at risk of seizure.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track it via:

International tracking may be less detailed than domestic tracking, particularly once your package enters your country's postal system. There may be periods where tracking updates are delayed during customs clearance; this is totally normal.


Processing & Shipping Times

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2PM PST on business days typically ship the same day from our US facilities.

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed late Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays ship the next business day.

International Transit Time Variables

International shipping involves more variables than domestic delivery. Your package must clear customs, which can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. Transit times depend on available cargo flights, weather conditions, and carrier routing. Once your package enters your country's postal system, it follows local delivery schedules.

Some customers receive orders within a week; others experience delays stretching to three weeks or more. These variations are normal for international shipping. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.


What If My Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Stuck in Customs?

We've helped thousands of international customers resolve shipping issues. When things go wrong, we'll work with you to make it right—reshipping at no additional cost, providing a refund, or issuing store credit.

Stuck in Customs

If your tracking shows your package is held in customs for an extended period, it usually means customs authorities are assessing duties or require additional information. The carrier or postal service will contact you with instructions. If you're asked to pay duties or provide documentation, please respond promptly to avoid further delays or package return.

Package Shows Delivered But Not Found

Please check thoroughly with everyone at your address, around your property, with neighbors, and with your building management if applicable. Your package arrived in plain packaging, so it may not be immediately recognizable.

Lost Packages

If tracking hasn't updated in several weeks beyond the expected window, or the carrier declares it lost, contact us. We'll file an international claim and work with you on a resolution.

Delayed Packages

International delays are common due to customs processing, carrier routing, and local postal efficiency. If tracking shows your package is still moving—even slowly—please be patient. If your package is significantly delayed beyond estimates, reach out and we'll investigate.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If you refuse delivery, fail to pay customs fees, or allow your package to be returned as unclaimed, we cannot offer a full refund. International shipping costs are substantial, and returned packages often incur additional fees. Please ensure you're prepared to pay any applicable customs charges before ordering.
