Everything You Need to Know

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of our store or the contents. Billing is also discreet.

Credit and debit card charges, including Apple Pay transactions, will appear as Sp Tdh-Br. PayPal charges will appear as Tdh Retail Ltd.

All of our in-stock toys and accessories ship discreetly from our domestic US warehouses in California and New Jersey.

A small number of custom or made-to-order items may ship from Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Union. Every package is always sent securely and discreetly.

We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or OnTrac, depending on your destination. Carrier selection is automatic to ensure the best mix of speed and reliability.

International orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

Orders over $139 qualify for free economy shipping within the United States. For orders under $139, we charge a flat rate of $10.95. Standard and priority upgrades are available at checkout.
