  • TheDildoHub.com is operated by TDH Retail Ltd. Orders ship from US fulfillment centers in discreet packaging.

About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TDH Retail Ltd, trading as TheDildoHub.com ("we", "us"), covering your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. Our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Legal Notice are part of these Terms.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our website, checkout and payment technology. When you buy from us, TDH Retail Ltd is the seller, and your contract is with us, not with Shopify.

Your legal rights come first. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, territory or country. Where those laws give you more than these Terms do, the law applies.

Adults Only

TheDildoHub.com sells adult products. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use our site or place an order. By using our site or ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may not allow minors to use our site, and you may not buy products for, or give products to, anyone under the required age. If we learn that an order was placed by a minor, we will cancel it and refund any payment to the original payment method.

Your Account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please:

  • give us accurate, current information;
  • keep your sign-in method secure, including access to the email address you sign in with; and
  • tell us right away at support@thedildohub.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

You're responsible for activity in your account that results from you not keeping your sign-in secure.

Using Our Site

You may use our site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, systems or other customers' accounts;
  • introduce viruses or malicious code, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy our content or catalog;
  • place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you're not authorized to use;
  • post or send content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful or that shares other people's personal information; or
  • harass, threaten or abuse our team or other customers.

We may suspend or close accounts, or refuse orders, where these Terms have been broken.

Products and Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications and images are based on information from manufacturers. We work to keep them accurate, but manufacturers sometimes change products or packaging, and colors can look different on different screens. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, our 30-Day Quality Guarantee applies.

Product availability can change quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll let you know and offer a refund or, if you prefer, an alternative.

Orders

When you place an order, you're offering to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. Our order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation.

We may decline, limit or cancel an order before it ships. For example, if:

  • we suspect fraud or can't verify payment;
  • the product is unavailable;
  • there's an obvious error in a price or product description;
  • the order appears to be for resale rather than personal use; or
  • we believe we can't lawfully ship to the delivery address.

If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. You can cancel your own order within 3 hours of placing it, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Prices, Payment and Promotions

Prices. Prices are in US dollars. If you see prices in another currency, they are converted for your convenience, and the amount charged is confirmed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed.

Taxes. Where US sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders placed through Shopify's Shop app may include sales tax that Shopify collects and remits. For international orders, see "Shipping and Delivery" below.

Payment. We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Shop Pay. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under our discreet billing descriptor, "Sp Tdh-Br", or a similar variation.

Promotions. Discount codes and offers are subject to their stated terms, such as eligible products, expiry dates and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, codes can't be combined, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but not for an order you've already placed.

Store credit and gift cards. If we issue store credit or gift cards, they can be used only at TheDildoHub.com and can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires. Unless otherwise stated when issued, they don't expire.

Shipping and Delivery

Where we ship. Our shipping destinations, methods and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. We currently do not ship to the European Union; EU customers are encouraged to shop with local retailers to avoid import duties and taxes on orders from the United States. Some local laws restrict the sale of adult products. We may decline orders to any destination where we believe we can't lawfully ship, and you are responsible for knowing whether you can lawfully receive our products where you live.

Delivery times. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing are outside our control.

Your address. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct. Once an order ships, we usually can't change the address. What happens to packages that are refused, unclaimed or undeliverable is explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Risk of loss. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us. If a package is lost in transit, or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, follow the "Package Not Arrived?" steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International orders. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and carrier fees set by your country. Anything not collected at checkout is payable by you. You're responsible for checking that our products can be lawfully imported where you live.

Returns, Refunds and Our Quality Guarantee

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but every product is covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee against defects, damage in transit, and items that are wrong, missing or not as described. Cancellations, refunds, the Quality Guarantee and manufacturer warranties are all covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product Safety and Responsible Use

We're a retailer, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on our site or from our team is medical, legal or professional advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or aren't sure whether a product is safe for you, talk to a healthcare provider before use. Our Legal Notice has further information.

  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and care guidance for every product.
  • Clean products before and after each use as the manufacturer recommends.
  • Spot-test lubricants and cleaners on a small area of a product before full use.
  • For anal use, only use products designed for it, with a flared base or retrieval feature.
  • With larger or advanced products, go slowly, size up gradually, use plenty of lubricant, and stop immediately if you feel pain.
  • Stop using any product that causes irritation, pain or an allergic reaction, and seek medical help if needed.
  • Always respect consent and your partners' boundaries.

Reviews and Content You Submit

If you post a review, photo or other content, or send us feedback, you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store, including in marketing. You confirm that your content is your own and honest, and that it reflects your genuine experience.

We don't remove or edit reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, spam, or that shares personal information or explicit imagery. If we ever offer an incentive for reviews, we'll ask for honest reviews and say so clearly.

Our Content and Trademarks

The content on our site, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, belongs to TDH Retail Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use it for personal shopping only. You may not copy, republish or commercially use our content, or use the TheDildoHub.com name or logo, without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may link to other websites, or use third-party tools such as payment and sharing features. We don't control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

Our website. We provide our website "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we find an error in a price, description or availability, we may correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Our products. Products are covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee, described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, and by any warranties implied by law. We do not disclaim implied warranties on products we sell.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for that order or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud; or
  • anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur because of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our site, or content you submit that infringes someone else's rights.

Disputes

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email support@thedildohub.com with your order number and what you'd like us to do. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the state or country where you live.

Individual claims. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using our site at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close your account, or refuse service, if you break these Terms, engage in fraud or provide false information. Any order we've already accepted will still be fulfilled or refunded. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability and content licences, survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last Updated" date when we do. We'll give additional notice of material changes where the law requires. Your order is governed by the version of these Terms in effect when you placed it.

General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, with the policies listed above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our site and purchases.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business, and your rights won't be reduced as a result.
  • Events outside our control. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we'll let you know and you may cancel for a full refund if we can't ship within a reasonable time.
