Who Operates TheDildoHub.com

TheDildoHub.com is operated by TDH Retail Ltd, trading as TheDildoHub.com. TDH Retail Ltd is the seller of every product sold on this site and is responsible for your order, customer service, our 30-Day Quality Guarantee and refunds. The exception is affiliate products, explained below.

Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our website, checkout and payment technology. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not a party to your purchase.

  • Billing descriptor: charges appear on your statement as "Sp Tdh-Br", or a similar variation, with no reference to adult products.

Adults Only

TheDildoHub.com is an adult-only website selling sexual wellness products for consenting adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use our site or place an order. By doing so, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We do not knowingly sell to, market to or collect information from anyone under the required age. You may not buy products for, or give products to, a minor. If we learn that an order was placed by a minor, we will cancel it and refund any payment. Parents and guardians can help keep adult sites away from minors with parental-control tools.

  • make sure everyone involved gives clear, ongoing consent, and stop if anyone withdraws it.

Product Authenticity and Sourcing

We sell only genuine products. Our catalog is sourced through authorized distributors of the brands we carry, including Master Series, Doc Johnson, Satisfyer, LELO, Tom of Finland, Dorcel, Pipedream, Evolved Novelties, CalExotics, and many more. We also offer selected custom and made-to-order products from independent makers we have vetted.

We favor products made from materials with an established safety record for intimate use, such as platinum-cured silicone, borosilicate glass and stainless steel. We rely on manufacturers' material information and certifications; we don't laboratory-test products ourselves.

If you ever suspect a product you received isn't genuine, contact us at support@thedildohub.com. We'll investigate, including with the manufacturer or distributor where needed.

Every product sold by TheDildoHub.com is covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee against defects, damage in transit, and items that are wrong, missing or not as described. Our Content and Trademarks

The content on this website, including text, guides, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by TDH Retail Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view it, save or print pages, and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially use our content, or use the TheDildoHub.com name or logo, without our written permission. More detail is in our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Brands

Brand names, product names, logos and manufacturer content on our site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and accurately describe genuine products we sell. Their appearance on our site doesn't mean the brand owner sponsors or endorses TheDildoHub.com. We are an independent retailer.

Affiliate Products

Some products featured on our site are made and sold by Mr. Hankey's Toys, our only affiliate partner. These listings link to the Mr. Hankey's Toys website, where you buy directly from them. We earn a commission on those purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Where We Ship

Our main market is the United States. We also ship to selected international destinations, as set out in our Shipping Policy and International Shipping Policy. We currently do not ship to the European Union; EU customers are encouraged to shop with local retailers to avoid import duties and taxes on orders from the United States. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees set by the destination country, and you're responsible for checking that our products can be lawfully imported where you live.
