Take them out slowly

Remove one bead every 2 to 3 seconds, on an exhale, and never pull quickly. You do not have to insert them all. Re-apply lube every 10 to 15 minutes.

Though they have a simple design and shape, the Purple Vaginal and Anal Beads give you effective and amazing internal stimulation. Inserting and removing is easy as both beads have a smooth exterior and are connected to each other by a sturdy nylon string. The secret to these beads comes after you insert them, as you will start to feel vibrations as you move around.
