The hollow aluminum offers secure featherweight restriction, aided by 4 adjustable leather cuffs . The fixed cuffs in the middle are secured at the back with a metal plate for extra sturdiness. Each cuff at the end of the bar is attached to a pivoting joint, which allows the cuff to be rotated in practically any direction. The cuffs are secured by a squared ring, to which a padlock may be attached.
