What does the foam inside a PowerBlow do? PowerBlow creates suction by drawing air out of the stroker it is attached to. That airflow can carry lubricant and other fluid toward the device. A small pad of absorbent foam sits in the path and soaks the fluid up, so it does not get into the chamber where the suction is made. The pad is a wear part. Once it is saturated or worn it protects less and can hold back the suction, which is why Kiiroo tells owners to replace it regularly.
Kiiroo PowerBlow Absorbent Foam: five spare pads
This is the replacement absorbent foam for the Kiiroo PowerBlow suction device. Each pad is polyurethane foam and sits inside the PowerBlow, where it stops unwanted fluid from entering the unit. The pack contains five pads. Swapping one takes seconds, and a fresh pad helps keep the suction working as intended. Kiiroo makes the foam for the PowerBlow only.
Best for: PowerBlow owners who use the device often and want spare pads on hand. It is a maintenance part, not a toy, and is used only inside the PowerBlow. If your suction feels weaker than it used to, a new foam pad is the first thing to try.

How to use
Switch the PowerBlow off and unscrew it from the stroker. Take out the used foam pad and throw it away. Wipe the area dry, then press a new pad into the same spot so it sits flat. Screw the PowerBlow back onto the stroker and carry on. Check the pad after each session and change it when it looks soaked or worn.
Care
- Check the foam after every session and replace it when it is saturated, misshapen or worn.
- Let the PowerBlow air dry with the stroker removed before storing it.
- Keep spare pads dry and in their packaging until needed.
- Never run water into the PowerBlow itself, since it contains a motor and battery.
Frequently asked questions
How many pads are in the pack?
Five. Kiiroo describes this product as a replacement pack containing five absorbent foams for the PowerBlow. The PowerBlow itself comes with foam already fitted, so these are spares to keep on hand.
How often should I change the foam?
Kiiroo gives no fixed interval. It says to replace the foam regularly and when the time is right. A practical rule is to change it once the pad stays damp, loses its shape, or the suction starts to feel weaker.
Does it fit other suction devices?
Kiiroo designs this foam for the PowerBlow, and we have no source confirming a fit with any other device. It is not needed for Kiiroo strokers used by hand or on a Keon without a PowerBlow.
