Why use a lubricant with a stroker? Stroker sleeves are made from soft, grippy material. Used dry, that material drags on skin and can be uncomfortable. A water-based lubricant lets the sleeve slide freely and brings out its internal texture. Water-based is the usual choice because it is safe on toy materials and rinses out with water, which matters when you clean a sleeve afterward. This bottle has a nozzle sized to place the lube inside the opening instead of around it.
Main Squeeze Water-Based Lubricant for strokers
Doc Johnson makes this lubricant as the companion to its Main Squeeze strokers. It is a water-soluble, non-staining formula in a 3.4 oz bottle, made without parabens, glycerin or colorants. The maker states that it works with condoms and is safe for use with all toys.
What sets the bottle apart is its precision nozzle. It fits inside a Main Squeeze, so you can coat the inner sleeve directly. The same nozzle is handy for other penetrable toys and for putting a small amount exactly where you want it on the body.
Best for: For anyone who owns a Main Squeeze or another stroker and wants a lube that is easy to get inside the sleeve. It also works as an everyday water-based lubricant for partner sex, condoms and toys of any material.

How to use
Flip the cap open. To prepare a stroker, insert the nozzle into the opening and squeeze gently while drawing it back out, so the lube coats the length of the sleeve. Add a little to yourself as well. For other uses, squeeze a small amount onto your fingers or directly onto the toy or condom. Water-based lubricant can dry out during longer sessions. Add more, or a few drops of water, when that happens. Close the cap when you are done and rinse toys soon after use.
Care
- Close the cap firmly and wipe the nozzle after each use.
- Wash toys with warm water and mild soap to remove the lubricant.
- Let stroker sleeves dry completely before putting them away.
- Keep the bottle at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
- The formula is water-soluble, so marks on sheets come out in a normal wash.
Frequently asked questions
Does it only work with Main Squeeze strokers?
No. The nozzle is designed around the Main Squeeze, but the maker says it is also suited to other penetrable toys and to spot application on the body. The formula is stated as safe for all toys and compatible with condoms.
What is the difference between this and the Cooling Tingling version?
They share the bottle size, the nozzle and the water base. The Cooling Tingling version adds a cool, tingling sensation on skin. This one has no added sensation, and it is the version the maker confirms as glycerin-free and condom compatible.
Will it stain sheets?
The maker describes it as a non-staining, water-soluble formula. It rinses off skin with water and washes out of fabric.
Is it safe with silicone toys?
Yes. It is water-based and the maker states it is safe for use with all toys, which includes silicone, TPE and TPR sleeves.
What is left out of the formula?
It is made without parabens, glycerin or colorants. The product listing does not include a full ingredient list, so check the bottle label if you have a specific sensitivity.
