Can a flavored lubricant be used for more than oral sex? Yes, when it is a full lubricant with flavor added, not a flavored gel. Wicked Aqua Mango is a water-based lubricant first. The maker lists it as long lasting and latex friendly, so it works for intercourse, toys and hand play as well as oral. The mango taste is there for when mouths are involved, and it is listed as having no aftertaste. That makes it a practical single bottle to keep by the bed.
