What does adjustable tightness add to a stroker? Most strokers have one fixed fit, and the only way to change the pressure is to squeeze harder. An adjustable stroker has a mechanism that changes how tightly the sleeve itself closes. On Voy this is the Tightness Adjustment System: a ring around the body that you twist to one of 8 levels. Arcwave designed it around receptors in the skin that respond to pressure, named in the manual as Merkel-Ranvier receptors. You can start loose, tighten as you go, and return to the same level next time.
Arcwave Voy: set the pressure with a twist
Arcwave Voy is a short, wide stroker made to sit in the palm: 4.5 inches long and 3.3 inches across. Around its middle is the Tightness Adjustment ring. Twisting it changes how firmly the CleanTech silicone sleeve closes around the penis, with 8 intensity levels to choose from. Pressure, more than texture, is what this toy is about.
The sleeve is open at both ends, so you can enter from the upper or the lower opening, and Arcwave says the open design suits any length. The opening measures 1.3 inches across before it stretches. Two protector lids with ventilation channels cover the ends for drying, storage and travel. Voy has no electronic parts and needs no charging.
Best for: People with a penis who care most about grip and pressure and want to fine-tune it. It is a manual toy for solo sessions or for a partner to hold. The compact body is easy to store and pack. Pick Pow instead for suction, or Ghost for a simple textured sleeve.

How to use
Take off both protector lids. Set the ring to a loose level for the first try. Put a small amount of water-based lubricant on your penis and inside the sleeve, then slide in through either opening. Stroke with the whole toy, and twist the ring a step at a time to tighten the fit until the pressure feels right. You can change level at any point. Arcwave recommends sessions of no more than 30 minutes. Afterward, rinse Voy and stand it on one lid to dry.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only, before every use, to protect the sleeve.
- Rinse under running water after use and clean inside the sleeve with toy cleaner or antibacterial soap.
- For a full clean, lift the sleeve out and wash it and the outer part separately.
- Do not boil Voy or put it in a dishwasher.
- Leave it on one lid to air dry, then store it with both lids on.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Voy and Pow?
Voy changes tightness mechanically. You twist its ring to one of 8 levels and the fit stays there. Pow works with air: a valve you cover with a finger creates suction, and its sleeve has a wide and a tight opening. Voy is also shorter, at 4.5 inches against 7.1 inches for Pow.
How does Voy compare with Ghost and Ion 2?
Ghost is a small reversible sleeve with two textures and no adjustment. Ion 2 is a rechargeable device that uses Pleasure Air airwaves and switches on with skin contact. Voy sits between them: still fully manual, but with a ring that lets you dial in the pressure.
Will Voy fit my size?
The opening is 1.3 inches across before stretching, and the silicone sleeve is flexible. Because both ends are open, Arcwave says it suits any length. Start on the loosest of the 8 levels and tighten from there.
Is Voy waterproof?
Arcwave's specification lists Voy as water resistant, and its manual says it can be submerged in water without damage. It has no electronics, so you can rinse it under the tap without worry.
Does Voy need batteries or charging?
No. Voy has no motor and no electronic parts. The tightness ring is mechanical and the movement is yours, so it is always ready to use and there is nothing to plug in.
