How is an automatic enema different from a squeeze bulb? A bulb relies on your hand: you squeeze, and the flow depends on your grip. An automatic enema has a small motor that pumps the water at a steady rate. This set offers three intensity levels, so you can start low and stay there if you prefer. The weighted hose inside the bottle keeps drawing water at any angle, which a bulb cannot do once it is tilted. It recharges by USB, so there are no cords during use.
CleanStream Automatic Enema Set: motorized and cordless
The CleanStream Automatic Enema Set is a lightweight, cordless bottle with a motorized pump. The refillable bottle holds up to 350 ml of liquid, about 11.8 fl oz. A weighted hose inside follows the water as you tilt the bottle, so it works through a full 360 degrees. Three intensity levels control how strongly the water comes out.
Two attachments are included. The flat nozzle is for external use as a bidet. The long nozzle is for internal use as a douche or enema, with 4 inches insertable and a widest diameter of 0.9 inches. The unit recharges with the USB cable provided.
Best for: For anyone who wants a quick, controlled rinse before anal play without a shower attachment, and for travelers who want a bidet in their bag. The slim 0.9 inch nozzle and the three levels make it approachable for people new to douching.

How to use
Charge the unit with the USB cable before first use. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water, up to 350 ml, and screw it back on. For a bidet rinse, fit the flat nozzle and aim it externally. For an enema, fit the long nozzle, coat it with water-based lubricant and insert it gently, up to 4 inches. Start on the lowest of the three levels and raise it only if comfortable. Hold the water for a short time, then release on the toilet. Use it outside the shower, since the motorized part is splashproof only.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant on the long nozzle; the nozzles contain silicone.
- Detach the nozzles and wash them with warm water and mild soap after every use.
- Empty and rinse the bottle, then let all parts air dry before reassembling.
- Wipe the motorized part with a damp cloth; never submerge it, boil it or put it in a dishwasher.
- Recharge with the supplied USB cable and store everything dry.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it in the shower?
No. The motorized part is rated IPX5, which means it handles splashes. The distributor states it should not be taken into the shower or put under water. Use it at the toilet or sink and wipe it dry afterward.
What are the two nozzles for?
The flat nozzle is for external use as a bidet. The long nozzle is for internal use as a douche or enema. It has 4 inches of insertable length and is 0.9 inches at its widest, which is slim.
How much water does it hold?
The bottle holds up to 350 ml, roughly 11.8 fl oz. For a longer rinse, simply unscrew and refill it. The weighted hose inside lets the pump draw water even when the bottle is tilted or upside down.
Is it suitable for someone new to enemas?
Yes. The nozzle is narrow, the flow is controlled by three levels, and you can stay on the lowest one. Use lukewarm water, lubricate the nozzle, and stop if you feel any discomfort.
How is it powered?
It has a built-in rechargeable battery and comes with a USB cable. The facts do not give a charge time or a run time, so top it up before a trip.
