How to use
Put it on when you are warm and relaxed, since the scrotum hangs lower then. Apply water-based lubricant to your skin and to the inside of the sleeve. Stretch the opening with your fingers and guide one testicle through, then the other, so the sleeve sits above them. Check that no skin is pinched or pulled. As general guidance, start with 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Take it off straight away if you feel numbness, coldness or pain. To remove it, add lubricant, stretch the sleeve open and ease each testicle back through.
Care
