How to use
Lay the harness out and undo every buckle. Step into the thigh straps, bring the waist strap up and fasten it, then tighten each thigh strap so the bows sit at the back. Leave enough slack to slip a finger underneath. Have a partner buckle the wrist cuffs, or close them yourself one at a time. Keep the first session short and check in often. Straps should never be tight enough to cut off circulation. Use a safe word, and undo the cuffs first if the wearer wants out.
