How to use
Open all the buckles first. Fasten the waist strap so it sits flat, then close each thigh strap high on the leg with the bows facing backward. Check that you can slide a finger under every strap. Buckle the wrist cuffs last, either yourself or with a partner's help. The cuffs should hold the wrist without pinching, and nothing should be tight enough to restrict blood flow. Agree on a safe word before you start, and release the cuffs right away if hands feel cold, numb or tingly.

M/L fits a waist of 26 to 42 inches and thighs of 13 to 26 inches. XL/2XL fits a waist of 35 to 52 inches and thighs of 21.5 to 37.5 inches. Measure both, and if you fall in the overlap, pick by your thigh measurement.
How big are the wrist cuffs?
On the XL/2XL size the cuffs adjust from 5.75 to 10.25 inches around the wrist. The distributor's cuff figure for M/L is not available to us, so we only list the larger size. Both sizes close with a buckle and holes.
Is it real leather?
No. The straps are PU faux leather, which is vegan friendly and durable. The buckles are gold-colored metal and nickel-free. It is cleaned by wiping, not by washing in water.
Can I put it on by myself?
Yes. The waist and thigh straps are easy to fasten alone. The second wrist cuff is harder to buckle with one hand, so many people have a partner close the cuffs for them.
