Is a battery-powered suction toy worth choosing over a rechargeable one? It depends on how you use it. A battery toy never needs a charging cable or a wait: drop in fresh batteries and it works. That is handy for travel or for a toy you use now and then. The Bunny Sidekick runs on two AAA batteries, which are not included. The downsides are that you need to keep spares, and you should take the batteries out when storing it for a long time.
Bunny Sidekick: ten levels of suction in a small package
The Bunny Sidekick is a slim clitoral suction stimulator from Shegasm. It has ten levels of suction delivered through a 0.4 inch opening. Over the tip sits a squishy silicone sleeve shaped like a bunny, which gives the clitoris a soft, cushioned surface to rest against. The sleeve is phthalate-free silicone; the body is plastic.
It measures 4.8 inches long, 1.5 inches wide and 1.4 inches deep, so it is easy to carry. Power comes from two AAA batteries, not included, so there is nothing to charge. It is rated IPX5 and is splashproof. The color is purple.
Best for: For people who want simple, suction-only clitoral stimulation without vibration patterns to sort through, and for travelers who prefer batteries to cables. It can be used alone or alongside penetration with a partner or another toy.

How to use
Insert two AAA batteries. Put a little water-based lubricant on the rim of the opening in the bunny sleeve and a little on yourself. Switch the suction on at the lowest level, then place the opening over the clitoris so it forms a light seal. Hold it still or move it in small circles. Raise the level one step at a time until it feels right. If it becomes too intense, tilt it to release the seal. Clean it after use and remove the batteries if you will not use it for a while.
Care
- Use only water-based lubricant on the silicone sleeve.
- Wash the sleeve and tip with warm water and mild soap.
- It is splashproof only: do not submerge it, boil it or put it in a dishwasher.
- Dry it fully before storing.
- Take the batteries out for long-term storage.

Frequently asked questions
Does it vibrate?
The facts describe ten levels of suction and do not mention vibration. Treat it as a suction-only toy. If you want suction and vibration together, look at a model that lists both.
What batteries does it take?
Two AAA batteries. They are not included, so add a pack to your order or have some ready. There is no charging cable and no charging time. Remove them if the toy will sit unused for long.
Can I use it in the shower?
It is rated IPX5, which the distributor describes as splashproof. That covers splashes and rinsing, not soaking. Keep it out of the bath and do not hold it under water.
What is the bunny sleeve for?
It is a soft silicone cover around the suction opening. It cushions the area around the clitoris and makes the seal more comfortable. It also gives the toy its rabbit look.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. It has one function with ten clear steps, it is small, and the opening is 0.4 inches across. Start on level one and go up slowly. A little water-based lubricant on the rim helps.
