How does a hanging enema bag work? A bag enema uses gravity. You fill the bag, hang it above you, and the liquid runs down the hose and out through the tip. The higher the bag hangs, the stronger the flow. On this kit a valve on the hose lets you slow the flow or stop it completely, and a separate clamp can pinch the tube shut. That makes it easier to take the liquid in gradually and pause whenever you need to.
CleanStream Deluxe Shower Enema Kit: bag, hose and five tips
This CleanStream kit is a complete gravity-fed enema set built around a rubber bag that holds up to 1.85 liters, about 62.6 fl oz. A 5 foot hose with an on/off flow valve connects the bag to the tip. Two hooks are supplied, one stainless steel and one plastic, so the bag can hang from a shower rail or door.
Five tips come in the box: three flexible tips, one tapered tip and one longer nozzle tip. All are 0.5 inches at the widest point and differ in insertable length, from 2.4 to 5.1 inches. Two stoppers, one with a tubing adapter, close the bag.
Best for: For anyone who wants a full-capacity enema bag for cleaning out before anal play, used in the privacy of their own shower. The choice of tips and the flow valve make it workable for first-time users, while the large bag suits those who prefer a deeper rinse.

How to use
Wash all the parts before first use. Fit the stopper with the tubing adapter to the bag, attach the hose, and push your chosen tip onto the end. Close the flow valve, fill the bag with lukewarm water and hang it by one of the hooks in the shower. Open the valve briefly to push air out of the hose. Lubricate the tip, insert it gently, then open the valve a little at a time. Close it whenever you feel full or uncomfortable. Stay near a toilet afterward: the distributor suggests allowing 30 minutes to an hour.
Care
- The kit is mostly plastic and rubber, and the distributor states that silicone lubricant is safe to use on the tips.
- Wash every part with warm water and soap after each use.
- Run clean water through the hose and tips until they are clear.
- Hang the bag open and let all parts air dry completely before packing them away.
- Store dry, away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not share tips between users.

Frequently asked questions
Which tip should I start with?
The tapered tip is the shortest at 2.4 inches insertable. The three flexible tips reach 3.5 inches and the nozzle tip 5.1 inches. All five are 0.5 inches at the widest point, so the choice is about length and feel, not width.
How much liquid does the bag hold?
Up to 1.85 liters, which is about 62.6 fl oz. You do not have to fill it. Start with a smaller amount and use the flow valve to stop when you have had enough.
How do I control the flow?
The hose has an on/off valve. Open it partly for a slow fill and close it to pause. The kit also includes a flow clamp that pinches the tube. Hanging the bag lower reduces the pressure as well.
Where do I hang it?
Two hooks are included, one in stainless steel with a PVC sleeve and one in ABS plastic. Use whichever fits your shower rail, shower head or door. The hose is 5 feet long, so the bag can hang well above you.
What lubricant can I use?
The distributor says the kit is mainly plastic and rubber, so silicone lubricant is safe on it. Water-based lubricant works too. Put a small amount on the tip before inserting it.
