What does a spreader bar with a collar do that ordinary cuffs do not? Cuffs on their own hold the wrists together. A spreader bar holds them apart at a fixed distance, and adding a collar at the center of the bar keeps the hands level with the neck. The wearer cannot bring their arms down, reach across their body or cover themselves. This set can be worn two ways: with the bar in front of the chest, or behind the neck with the arms drawn back. Each point closes with its own padlock.
Dominion Bar: collar and wrists on one rigid bar
The Dominion Bar is a three-point restraint. A stainless steel spreader bar carries a vegan leather wrist cuff at each end and clips to a matching collar at its center with a carabiner. The result holds the wearer's hands out to the sides at neck height. Mount the bar across the front for face-to-face play, or move it behind the neck to keep the arms back.
Everything adjusts. The bar extends from 25.1 to 33.25 inches, the collar fits necks from 12 to 17.9 inches and the cuffs close from 5.25 to 9.6 inches. Each restraint point takes its own padlock, and three sets of locks and keys are included. All hardware is nickel-free.
Best for: Couples with some bondage experience who want a rigid, lockable restraint for the upper body. The wide adjustment range covers petite to large frames. Because it involves a collar and locks, it suits partners who already use safe words and check in with each other.

How to use
Agree on a safe word and a non-verbal signal first, and keep the keys within arm's reach of the person in charge. Set the bar length to match the wearer's shoulder width. Buckle the collar with room for two fingers, then buckle each cuff so it is snug without pinching. Clip the collar to the bar and try the front position before the behind-the-neck one, which is harder on the shoulders. Add the padlocks last. Never pull, lift or steer the wearer by the bar, never leave them alone, and release them at once if hands tingle or breathing feels restricted.
Care
- Wipe the bar, cuffs and collar with a damp cloth after each use.

- Keep the keys together with the set, and keep a spare key where you can find it quickly.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my partner?
The collar fits necks from 12 to 17.9 inches and the cuffs fit wrists from 5.25 to 9.6 inches. The bar itself extends from 25.1 to 33.25 inches. Measure neck and wrists with a soft tape before ordering.
What is the difference between the front and behind-the-neck positions?
With the bar in front, the hands sit out to the sides at chest and neck height and the partners can face each other. Behind the neck, the arms are drawn back and the chest is open. The rear position strains the shoulders more, so keep it short.
Do I have to use the padlocks?
No. The cuffs and collar buckle closed and the collar clips on with a carabiner, so the set works without locks. The padlocks add a locked feel. If you use them, keep the keys close and never leave the wearer on their own.
Is this suitable for beginners?
It is a step up from plain cuffs because it fixes the neck and both wrists to a rigid bar. New players should start in the front position, skip the locks at first and keep sessions brief until both partners know how it feels.
Is the leather real?
No. The cuffs and collar are vegan leather. The bar is stainless steel and the other metal hardware is nickel-free. Clean everything with a damp cloth and do not soak it.
