What is an enema syringe used for? It does two jobs. Filled with water, it works as a small enema: you press the plunger and a measured amount goes in for a quick rinse. Filled with lubricant, it becomes a lube applicator that places lubricant inside the body instead of only at the entrance, which helps before anal play with larger toys. The clear barrel shows how much is left, and the plunger lets you go as slowly as you like.
CleanStream Enema Syringe: measured rinsing and lube delivery
This CleanStream set is built around a clear ABS plastic syringe, 8.25 inches long and 2.4 inches wide, that holds up to 150 mL, about 5.1 fl oz. A 23.5 inch silicone tube fits over the syringe's outlet, and one of three tips goes on the other end. Two tips are smooth and tapered, and one is beaded for extra sensation.
Because the tube separates the syringe from the body, only the tip is inserted. The distributor points out that this keeps whatever is in the barrel uncontaminated. It also means you can hold the tip in place with one hand and work the plunger with the other.
Best for: Useful for anyone who wants precise control over a small rinse, or an easy way to get lubricant where it is needed before anal play. The 5.1 fl oz capacity suits quick top-up cleaning more than a deep flush. It is simple enough for beginners.

How to use
Wash every piece before first use. Draw warm water or your lubricant into the syringe. Slide the tube over the syringe's outlet, then push one of the three tips onto the free end. Press the plunger a little to clear air from the tube. Put some lubricant on the tip and on yourself, and insert the tip gently. Hold it steady with one hand and press the plunger slowly with the other, stopping as soon as you feel full. Withdraw the tip, release over the toilet if you are rinsing, and refill as needed.
Care
- Water-based lubricant is the safe choice with the silicone tube.
- Take the set apart and wash each piece with warm water and mild soap.
- Soak the tube in warm, soapy water to clean the inside, then flush it with clean water.
- Rinse everything, pat dry and let the tube and barrel air dry completely.
- Store the parts dry and do not share tips between users.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the syringe hold?
Up to 150 mL, which is about 5.1 fl oz. That is a small volume compared with an enema bag, so it is suited to a quick rinse or to applying lubricant. Refill it if you want more.
Can I really fill it with lubricant?
Yes. The distributor describes it for both water and lubricant. Thinner lubricants pass through the 23.5 inch tube more easily than thick gels. Wash the tube thoroughly afterward so nothing dries inside.
Which tip should I choose?
The two smooth tapered tips insert 3.7 inches and are the plain option. The beaded tip is 4.7 inches long and adds some sensation. All three are 0.5 inches in diameter.
How is it different from the CleanStream bulb kit?
The tube and tips are the same. The syringe uses a plunger and a clear barrel, so you can see and measure the amount. The bulb kit is squeezed by hand and has its own built-in tip.
How do I clean inside the tube?
Separate the tube from the syringe and tip, then soak it in warm, soapy water. Use the syringe to push clean water through it afterward, and hang it to dry.
