What does extra tight mean in a stroker sleeve? Sleeve tightness comes from the width of the tunnel and the firmness of the material around it. An extra tight sleeve has a narrower opening and canal, so the walls press in more closely and every rib and bump is felt more sharply. It usually calls for more lubricant and a slower start than a standard sleeve. People of slimmer or average girth tend to notice the difference most, while those with more girth may find a standard sleeve more comfortable.
Kiiroo Feel Stroker Extra Tight Butt: a closer grip
The Feel Stroker Extra Tight Butt is a manual stroker with a butt-style entry and a tunnel that Kiiroo has made deliberately snug. The soft TPE sleeve is lined with ribs, nubs and bumps along its length, and it sits inside a hard ABS and polycarbonate case that stands 8.8 inches tall and weighs 19.4 oz. Use it by hand as it comes.
Like the other Feel Strokers it is built as part of Kiiroo's modular system. The case mounts in the Keon for automatic, hands-free stroking, and the PowerBlow screws onto the end to add suction. It also works with the PowerShot vibration unit if you add the PowerShot Compatible Stroker Case, which is sold separately.
Best for: People who like firm, close contact from a sleeve and want an anal-style entry, used by hand or as a second texture for a Keon. It is a penetrable stroker for penis owners, and it suits those who found standard sleeves too loose.

How to use
Take off the cap and check the sleeve is clean and dry. Put a generous amount of water-based lubricant on yourself and just inside the entry, since a tight sleeve needs more than a standard one. Ease in slowly and let the material settle before you speed up. Loosening or tightening the end cap changes how much air escapes, which changes the suction. To use it with a Keon, lock the case into the Keon's mount and start on a slow setting. Wash the sleeve straight after use.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only. Other types can damage the TPE sleeve.
- Rinse the sleeve with warm water after use and clean it with toy cleaner or mild soap.
- Let the sleeve dry completely before putting it back in the case.
- Dust the dry sleeve with a refreshing powder now and then to keep it soft and not sticky.
- Never boil the sleeve or put it in a dishwasher.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the standard Feel Stroker?
The main difference is fit. This version has a butt entry and a tighter tunnel, which Kiiroo describes as extra tight, lined with ribs, nubs and bumps. The case is also slightly lighter, at 19.4 oz. Both fit the same Kiiroo devices.
Does it work with the Kiiroo Keon?
Yes. The case is made to mount in the Keon for automatic stroking, and it also accepts the PowerBlow suction unit. For the PowerShot you need the PowerShot Compatible Stroker Case, which is sold separately.
Will it fit if I have a lot of girth?
Kiiroo does not publish a canal diameter for this sleeve. TPE stretches, but this model is designed to feel tight, so anyone with above average girth may be more comfortable in a standard Feel Stroker or the wider Feel Pocket Stroker.
Is it a good first stroker?
It can be, if you already know you like a firm grip. Use plenty of water-based lubricant and go slowly at first. If you are unsure, the standard Feel Stroker is the more forgiving place to start.
How do I clean it?
Remove the sleeve from the case, rinse it through with warm water and wash it with toy cleaner or mild soap. Leave it to air dry fully, inside and out, before you reassemble it. A light dusting of refreshing powder keeps the surface smooth.
