How to use
Wash the beads and harness before first use. Start with a single lighter bead: press it into the harness so it sits securely. Add a little water-based lubricant to the bead, then insert it as you would a tampon, leaving the end of the harness outside for removal. Stand up and move around. You should feel your muscles tighten to hold the bead, and a faint roll inside as you walk. When that feels easy, move to a heavier bead or wear two together. To remove, relax and pull gently on the harness. Wash and dry everything afterwards.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only. Silicone-based lubricant can damage the silicone coating.
- Wash beads and harness with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner before and after each use.
