Loosen the waistband and both bum straps. Push your dildo through the O-ring from the inside of the front panel, so its base ends up flat between the panel and your body. Step into the harness like a pair of briefs and pull it up to your hips. Tighten the waistband first, then each bum strap, until the dildo stays put when you move your hips. It should feel snug but not dig in. Apply a lubricant that suits the dildo's material before use, and retighten the straps if things loosen.
