How to use
Charge Vulse for about an hour before first use; the red light turns off when it is full. Hold the button on the tail for 3 seconds to switch on, then pair the toy in the Lovense Remote app. Coat the bulb and yourself generously with water-based lubricant and insert the bulb with the toy still, leaving the tail outside. Tap the button once to move through the built-in vibration and thrusting patterns, or set low, medium and high levels in the app. Hold the button for 3 seconds to switch off.
Care
- Use only water-based lubricant and reapply as needed; avoid silicone and oil-based products.
- Wash before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner, then dry thoroughly.
- Do not boil it or put it in a dishwasher, since it contains a battery and moving parts.
- Do not use it while charging, and keep the magnetic cable away from metal surfaces.
- Store away from extreme heat or cold and recharge at least once every six months.

Frequently asked questions
How is Vulse different from Lush 3 and Lush Mini?
All three are eggs worn internally and run from the same app. The two Lush models only vibrate. Vulse also thrusts, with a 0.4 in stroke at up to 120 strokes a minute. The trade-off is battery life: roughly an hour for Vulse against well over three hours for either Lush.
How long does the battery last?
Lovense lists up to 1.08 hours of use per charge, which is about 65 minutes, and a recharge time of around 60 minutes. Standby time is up to 120 hours. Running thrust and vibration together at high levels will use the battery fastest.
Can I control thrusting and vibration separately?
The button on the tail cycles through preset patterns that combine both movements. In the Lovense Remote app you can set levels, build your own patterns and save up to ten of them, or hand control to a partner.
Is Vulse waterproof?
Yes, it carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, so it can be rinsed under running water and used in the bath or shower. As with all Bluetooth toys, the app connection is less reliable when the toy is under water.
Do I need lubricant with Vulse?
Lovense advises applying lubricant to both the toy and your body before insertion, because the bulb moves once it is in place. Use a water-based lubricant only, as silicone and oil-based types can harm the silicone surface.
