How do you play More Extreme Personal Questions? Players take turns reading a question to the whole group. The first two people to volunteer each give their answer. Everyone else then votes for the answer they liked more, and the player who gave it keeps the card as a point. The first player to collect five cards wins. Play is the same as in the original Extreme Personal Questions game. This follow-up adds a new set of 400 questions on 200 cards.
More Extreme Personal Questions: 400 new questions
More Extreme Personal Questions is the follow-up to Kheper Games' Extreme Personal Questions party game. The box contains 200 cards carrying 400 questions, plus the rules. One player reads a question, the first two volunteers answer and the group votes for a favorite. The winner of the vote keeps the card, and five cards win the game. The maker warns that the content lives up to the title.
Best for: For groups of adult friends who know each other well and do not embarrass easily. It suits house parties, bachelor and bachelorette weekends and game nights, and it works as an expansion for people who own the first game.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need the original game to play?
No. This is a follow-up with its own 400 questions and its own rules in the box. Game play is the same as in the original Extreme Personal Questions, so the two sets can also be combined.
How many players does it need?
The rules call for a reader, two volunteers to answer and a group to vote, so plan on at least four people. The distributor does not publish an official minimum or maximum player count.
How explicit are the questions?
The maker says the content delivers on the name and tells players to brace themselves. Expect very personal, adult questions. No examples are published in the listing. It is intended for adults only.
