How to use
Fit a AAA battery in the remote. Wash the plug, then coat the head and neck with water-based or e-stim lubricant. E-stim needs a wet, conductive contact, so be generous. Squeeze the two arms of the head together and insert slowly, then let them open inside until the flared base rests against the body. Start with vibration on its lowest speed. Add e-stim at the first intensity level and raise it one step at a time. To remove the plug, switch everything off, relax, and draw it out slowly so the arms fold as they exit.
