What is a long enema hose used for? A standard enema nozzle is short and rinses only a small area. A long, flexible hose is made to travel further, so water can be delivered deeper for a more thorough clean. That is something experienced users sometimes want before deep anal play. It asks for more care than a short nozzle: lukewarm water, low pressure, plenty of lubricant, and no force at any point. It is not a beginner's tool.

CleanStream silicone enema hose, over 40 inches long

This CleanStream hose is 40.75 inches of smooth silicone tubing, 0.4 inches in diameter, built for deep cleaning. At the end is a round, smooth aluminum alloy ball. The ball goes in first and helps the hose find its way around each curve without catching. The silicone is phthalate-free and soft against sensitive tissue.

It installs on most shower enema systems and is compatible with all LE776 nozzles. The materials are silicone, ABS plastic and aluminum alloy, in black and silver. The distributor calls this the 1 meter hose. It should be used with water-based lubricant only.

Best for: For experienced enema users who want a deeper rinse than a short nozzle gives, for example before deep anal play. It is for people who already have a shower enema system and know how their body responds. Beginners should start with a standard nozzle.

How to use

Attach the hose to your shower enema system. Run the water until it is lukewarm and turn the pressure down low. Coat the metal tip and the first part of the hose with water-based lubricant. Insert the tip gently and feed the hose in a little at a time, breathing slowly and staying relaxed. Never push against resistance; stop and withdraw slightly instead. Let a small amount of water in, then release it on the toilet. Draw the hose out slowly when you finish.

Care

  • Use water-based lubricant only.
  • Flush the inside of the hose with warm, soapy water after every use, then rinse.
  • Wash the outside and the metal tip with mild soap.
  • Hang it up so the inside drains and dries completely.
  • Store it loosely coiled, away from other silicone items.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the hose?

The distributor gives an overall length of 40.75 inches and calls it the 1 meter hose. The tubing itself is 0.4 inches in diameter. You decide how much of that length to use; there is no need to insert all of it.

What does it connect to?

It is compatible with all LE776 nozzles and with most shower enema systems, according to the distributor. No shower fitting, valve or nozzle is listed as included, so plan to use it with a system you already own.

Why does it have a metal ball on the end?

The round aluminum alloy tip goes in first. Its smooth, rounded shape helps the hose pass each curve without a hard edge pressing on delicate tissue, and gives the soft silicone tubing a defined leading end.

Is it suitable for beginners?

A deep hose is better suited to people with enema experience. If you are new, start with a short nozzle. Whatever your experience, use lukewarm water at low pressure, plenty of lubricant, and stop if you feel pain or cramping.

What lubricant should I use?

Water-based lubricant only, as the distributor advises, because the hose is silicone. Apply it to the metal tip and along the tubing, and add more as you feed the hose in.
