What does a double cock ring do that a single ring does not? A single ring sits around the base of the penis and slows the flow of blood back out, which can make an erection feel firmer and last longer. A double ring adds a second loop that goes around the testicles. That holds the toy more securely in position and extends the snug, held sensation to the scrotum. On a vibrating model it also keeps the stimulator pointing the right way, so it stays in contact with a partner during sex.
Satisfyer Epic Duo Connect App: double ring with app control
The Satisfyer Epic Duo Connect App is a vibrating silicone ring with two loops. One goes around the penis and one around the testicles. Together they restrict blood flow to heighten sensation and support staying power. On top sits a clitoral stimulator that delivers deep vibration to a partner during sex, with 12 preset settings on a one-touch button at the front.
It also connects to the free Satisfyer Connect app for iOS and Android. From there you can create your own vibration programs or link the ring to Spotify so it pulses in time with your music. It is waterproof to IPX7 and recharges by magnetic USB cable.
Best for: For couples who want hands-free clitoral vibration during penetration, and for penis owners who like the hold of a cock and ball ring. It is worn externally around the penis and testicles. It also works for solo use, with the vibration felt through the shaft.

How to use
Charge the ring fully and pair it with the Satisfyer Connect app if you plan to use it. Put the ring on while semi-erect. A little water-based lubricant on the loops makes this easier. Pass the testicles through the larger loop first, then slide the penis through the other loop, with the stimulator on top facing your partner. It should feel snug but comfortable. Press the button to start the vibration and change settings. Do not wear it longer than the manual recommends, and take it off right away if you feel pain, pressure or numbness.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only. Silicone lubricant can damage the silicone loops.
- Wash under lukewarm water with mild soap after each use, or use a toy cleaner.
- Dry the charging contacts before attaching the magnetic cable.
- Never boil it or put it in a dishwasher.
- Store it dry, away from other silicone toys, and do not leave the loops stretched.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Epic Duo and the Legendary Duo?
Both are double rings with a clitoral stimulator, 12 vibration programs and IPX7 waterproofing. The Epic Duo adds the Satisfyer Connect app, with custom programs and Spotify sync. The Legendary Duo is button-only and has a longer, more elongated stimulator.
Do I need the app?
No. The button on the front of the ring runs all 12 preset settings. The app is optional and adds program editing, your own vibration patterns and music sync. It is free for Android and Apple iOS.
How long can I wear it?
Follow the wear time given in the user manual and do not exceed it. Remove the ring immediately if you notice pain, pressure, coldness or numbness. A ring should feel snug, never painful.
Will it fit me?
The loops are made of stretchy, soft silicone. Satisfyer does not publish the inner diameter of the two loops, so we cannot give an exact size. Putting it on while semi-erect with a little water-based lubricant gives the most comfortable fit.
Can it be used in the shower?
Yes. The Epic Duo is waterproof to IPX7, so it can be worn in the shower or bathtub. Afterward, rinse it with lukewarm water and mild soap and dry it before charging.
