Charge with the magnetic USB cable. Wash the balls with soap and water, then apply water-based lubricant. Insert them vaginally and leave the retrieval strap outside. Tighten your pelvic floor to hold them. Satisfyer suggests starting with 5 to 10 minutes lying down, then building up to 15 to 20 minutes while you go about your day.
