How to use
Charge the ring fully with the magnetic USB cable before first use. Put a little water-based lubricant on the inside of the loop. While semi-erect, stretch the loop over the penis and seat it at the base, or take it around the penis and testicles. It should feel snug, never painful. Press the button to switch on and press again to move through the 10 programs. Turn the ribbed top upward so it meets your partner's clitoris, or downward for the perineum.
