How do Kegel balls work, and why do these start with the biggest one? A Kegel ball is worn in the vagina, where the pelvic floor muscles have to tighten to keep it in place. That squeeze is the exercise. With the Yoni Power 1 the challenge comes from size as well as weight. The largest ball is the easiest for the muscles to grip, so you begin there. As your hold improves you move to the medium ball and finally to the smallest, which gives the muscles the least to hold on to.
Satisfyer Yoni Power 1: three steps of pelvic floor training
The Satisfyer Yoni Power 1 is a set of three separate Kegel balls for pelvic floor training. Each has a stainless steel ball inside a shell of soft medical-grade silicone, and each has its own silicone loop for removal. They measure 1.2 in, 1.0 in and 0.8 in across and weigh 2.6 oz, 1.6 oz and 0.8 oz.
You work through the set from the largest to the smallest. Satisfyer suggests about 15 minutes of wear a day. The balls are round, seamless and lightly ribbed, which makes them easy to insert and adds some sensation while you train. They are waterproof to IPX7 and wash clean with soap and water.
Best for: Suits beginners who want a structured way into pelvic floor training, with a clear next step each time one ball gets easy. The balls are worn vaginally, one at a time, with the loop left outside. They can also be worn during solo play alongside an external toy.

How to use
Wash the balls with soap and water before first use. Start with the largest, heaviest one. Put a little water-based lubricant on it and insert it into the vagina, leaving the loop outside. Tighten your pelvic floor to hold it. For the first sessions, lie down and keep it in for 5 to 10 minutes. Over time build up to 15 to 20 minutes while you go about your day. To take it out, relax your muscles and pull gently on the loop; squatting helps. Move to the next ball down once the current one feels easy.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only; silicone lubricant can harm the silicone shell.
- Wash each ball with warm water and mild soap before and after wear.
- A toy cleaner can be used afterward to disinfect.
- Dry the balls and loops fully before putting them away.
- Store them clean and dry, apart from other silicone toys.

Frequently asked questions
Which ball do I start with?
The largest, which is also the heaviest: 1.2 in across and 2.6 oz. A bigger ball is easier for the muscles to hold. When you can keep it in place comfortably, switch to the 1.0 in, 1.6 oz ball, and later to the smallest at 0.8 in and 0.8 oz.
How long should I wear a ball?
Satisfyer's guidance is to begin with 5 to 10 minutes lying down, then build up gradually to 15 to 20 minutes during normal daily activity. Around 15 minutes a day is the routine it suggests. Stop and remove the ball if it becomes uncomfortable.
Do I wear all three at once?
No. They are three single balls, each on its own loop, and they are used one at a time. The set is a progression: you train with one size until it feels easy and then change to the next smaller ball.
How do I take a ball out?
Relax your pelvic floor and pull slowly on the silicone loop, which stays outside the body the whole time. If it does not slide out easily, get into a squat, which shortens the vaginal canal, and try again without rushing.
Do Kegel balls vibrate or need charging?
No. The Yoni Power 1 has no motor and no battery. The work is done by your own muscles holding the weighted ball. That also makes care simple: wash with soap and water, dry, and they are ready for the next session.
