How to use
Give the pad and the remote a full charge first. Put a towel over the seat you plan to use and place the grinder on top. Turn on both the pad and the remote to pair them. Spread water-based lubricant over the shaft, the mound and yourself. Sit down onto the shaft with the motor off, find a stable position, and hold the chair arms or the bed for balance if needed. Start the rotation on the lowest setting. Rock forward and back to change where the head presses, and raise the speed or switch patterns from the remote.
