How to use
Charge Elva fully before first use and wash it with mild soap and warm water. The remote cannot switch the egg on, so start there: hold the S button on the egg for two seconds. It begins in the first mode at the middle intensity. Apply water-based lubricant and insert the egg, leaving the loop outside. On the remote, single-click the up or down arrow to change intensity and double-click to move to the next or previous mode. Press S on the remote for Intelligent Mode. Hold S on the egg for two seconds to switch off, then remove it by the loop.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only; silicone lubricant can damage the silicone surface.
- Wash the egg with mild soap and warm water before and after each use.
- Do not boil it or put it in a dishwasher, because it contains a motor and battery.
- Keep the remote away from water and make sure the charging port is dry before plugging in.

How is Elva different from Svakom Ella Neo?
Elva is the remote-controlled egg: five modes, five intensities, Intelligent Mode and a handheld remote, with no app. Ella Neo has no remote and is controlled by its buttons or the Svakom app, which adds long-distance play and video sync. Choose Elva for simplicity, Ella Neo for app features.
Does Elva work with the Svakom app?
Svakom does not list app support for Elva. It is controlled by the button on the egg and by the wireless remote that comes with it. If you want phone or long-distance control, look at one of Svakom's Neo models instead.
Why will the remote not turn it on?
That is by design. The egg must first be switched on with its own S button, held for two seconds. After that the remote takes over. If the egg is left in standby with no input for 30 minutes, it turns itself off and needs switching on again at the egg.
What does Intelligent Mode do?
Intelligent Mode is an automatic program that changes the vibration for you, moving from gentler to stronger sensations in a pattern Svakom describes as following the rhythm of sex. You start it with the S button on the remote. It cannot be started from the egg alone.
Can I use it in water?
The egg is rated IPX7, so it can be submerged up to 1 meter and used in the bath or shower. Svakom gives no waterproof rating for the remote, so keep the remote dry and out of the water.
