How to use
Charge Sam Neo fully by USB before first use. Make sure the sleeve is seated in the case. Cover yourself and the sleeve entrance with plenty of water-based lubricant, then enter before switching on so the suction has a seal to work with. Press the button to start and press again to move through the 5 modes. For app or partner control, pair the toy with the Svakom app over Bluetooth before you begin. When finished, switch off, pull the sleeve out and wash it. Wipe the case with a damp cloth only.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only; other types can damage the TPE sleeve.
- Remove the sleeve and wash it with warm water and mild soap after every use.
- Never submerge or rinse the case. Wipe it clean instead.

Is Sam Neo waterproof?
Only the sleeve, which is rated IPX7 and can be washed under running water. The case contains the motors and battery and is not waterproof, so do not use the toy in a bath or shower.
How long does the battery last?
Svakom lists 1 hour of use per charge from the 1000 mAh battery. Its page gives two different charge times, 2 hours in one place and 3 hours in another, so allow up to 3 hours for a full charge.
Will it fit me?
