Charge Vick Neo fully, about an hour. Wash it, then cover the insertable arm and your anus with plenty of water-based lubricant. Relax, breathe out and ease the shorter arm in slowly, curve pointing toward your belly, until the outer arm rests on the perineum. Switch it on at the lowest intensity and give yourself a few minutes before trying other modes. Adjust the head angle if the pressure is not landing where you want it.
