How does a dial change the suction in a stroker? Suction in a manual stroker comes from air. As you push in, air has to leave the sleeve. As you pull back, the sleeve tries to draw air in again, and if it cannot, it clings. The Aero has a valve under its dial that decides how freely air moves. An open setting lets air pass, so strokes feel light. A closed setting holds the air back, so the sleeve grips harder on every stroke.
Tenga Aero Cobalt Ring: suction you set with a twist
Aero is a hard-cased, manual stroker from Tenga with a numbered dial built into the top. Turn it and you change the air pressure inside the soft elastomer sleeve across ten levels. Low settings give an easy glide. High settings make the sleeve tighten and pull as you draw back. A stretchy squeeze ring set into the sleeve hugs the shaft and keeps the air sealed in, which is what makes the dial so effective.
The Cobalt Ring is the firmer of the two Aero models. Its interior has sharper edges and clearly defined shapes for stronger contact. The sleeve lifts out for washing, and the cap turns into a stand so it can air-dry upright.
Best for: Anyone who wants to tune suction without squeezing the case or covering an air hole by hand. It is a penetrable sleeve for solo use or for a partner to hold. The Cobalt Ring suits people who prefer firm, pronounced texture over a soft, gentle feel.

How to use
Take off the cap. Apply water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and around the opening; too little makes entry difficult. Set the dial low for your first strokes, slide in, then turn the dial up a step at a time until the suction feels right. Afterward, lift the sleeve out of the case and rinse it well in cold or lukewarm water. Wipe it with a dry towel. Pull the stand up out of the cap and turn it clockwise until it clicks, then set the sleeve on it to air-dry without turning it inside out.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only; oil and silicone lubricants can damage the elastomer.
- Rinse the sleeve in cold or lukewarm water. Tenga says to avoid water at 122 F or hotter.
- Mild body soap is fine; avoid alcohol and strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners.
- Let the sleeve dry completely on the stand before it goes back in the case.
- Store it capped in a cool, dark, dry place.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Aero Cobalt Ring and Aero Silver Ring?
They share the same case, dial and squeeze ring. Tenga says the elastomer hardness and the internal details differ. The Cobalt Ring is the firm version with edged, defined shapes, while the Silver Ring has a spiraling interior. Choose Cobalt for a stronger feel.
Is the Aero a cock ring?
No. Despite the name, it is a male masturbator. The ring in the name refers to the colored dial ring on the case and the squeeze ring inside the sleeve. Nothing is worn on the body.
Does it need batteries or charging?
No. The Aero is fully manual. The suction comes from the valve under the dial and your own strokes, so there is no motor, no noise from one, and nothing to charge.
How many times can I use it?
Tenga sells the Aero as a reusable product and does not give a fixed number of uses. Its life depends on the lubricant you use and how carefully you wash, dry and store the sleeve.
What size does it fit?
Tenga gives an insertion length of 5.9 inches and an insertion width of 1.77 inches as reference figures. The hard case does not stretch, so the sleeve inside sets the fit, and it will feel tighter for those with more girth.
