How to use
Strip the wrapping from the bottom of the cup, peel the sticker off the air hole and remove the cap. This cup is tight, so make sure the air hole is open and enter slowly, letting the air escape as you go. Take a few strokes with the hole uncovered before adding any suction. When you want more, cover the hole with a fingertip on the outward stroke, and lift it straight away if the pull is too strong. Once finished, fit the cap back on and throw the cup away. It is not designed to be washed or used again.
