How does a stroker spin without a motor? The Spinner has a coil molded inside its elastomer wall. When you push in, the sleeve stretches and the coil opens out, which turns the sleeve around you. When you pull back, the coil closes and the sleeve turns the other way. The spin comes entirely from your own hand movement, so there are no batteries, no buttons and no noise. Holding the sleeve near the top and squeezing out the air first adds suction to the twist.
Tenga Spinner 01 Tetra: the soft, spacious Spinner
Spinner 01 Tetra is a reusable hand stroker from Tenga with a coil built into the sleeve wall. The coil stretches and recoils with each stroke, so the whole sleeve rotates around the shaft as you move. Inside, the Tetra is lined with geometric tiles that have mild edges, and Tenga describes it as the soft and sizable member of the range, with a more spacious, gently wrapping feel.
It comes in a slim can that doubles as its storage case. Take the bottom cover off and the case becomes a drying stand, so the sleeve can air out properly between uses. A pouch of Tenga lotion is packed inside, which means it is ready to use on the day it arrives.
Best for: A good first Spinner for anyone who prefers a looser, softer sleeve over a tight one, or who finds firm textures too much. It is a manual stroker for solo penis stimulation, and it can also be held by a partner. No power is needed.

How to use
Take off the top cover and lift the sleeve out of its case. Remove the plastic film and the lotion pouch from inside. Spread lotion inside the sleeve and around the opening. Hold the Spinner near the top, squeeze it to push the air out, then slide in. Stroke up and down and the coil will turn the sleeve for you. Keep your grip near the top if you want more suction at the tip. Afterwards rinse it out, pat it dry, and stand it on the drying case with the bottom cover removed.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only, inside the sleeve and around the opening.
- Wash after every use with cold or lukewarm water. If you use soap, choose a mild, neutral one and avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
- Fold back the opening only as far as the coil. Turning the sleeve fully inside out damages the coil.
- Pat dry with a towel, then air dry on the built-in stand in a well-ventilated spot.
- Once fully dry, put both covers back on and store it somewhere cool, dark and dry.

Frequently asked questions
How is the Tetra different from the other Spinners?
All six share the same coil, case and outer size. The Tetra has mild-edged geometric tiles and is described by Tenga as the soft, sizable one with a more spacious feel. The Hexa and Brick have bolder, firmer textures, and the Shell sits in between.
Does the Spinner need batteries?
No. The spin is mechanical. A coil inside the sleeve wall twists as the sleeve stretches and relaxes, so the rotation follows the speed and length of your own strokes. There is nothing to charge and it makes no motor noise.
How many times can I use it?
Tenga sells it as reusable but does not give a number of uses. The maker says lifespan depends on how it is used, which lubricant you choose, and how well it is cleaned, dried and stored.
Can I turn it inside out to clean it?
Not all the way. You can fold the opening back as far as the coil to rinse inside, but turning the sleeve completely inside out can damage the coil. Rinse under running water, pat dry and leave it on the drying stand.
Will it fit me?
The sleeve is stretchable. Tenga lists an insertion width of 1.96 in and a depth of about 6.7 in as reference figures, and notes that fit varies from person to person. Of the six, the Tetra is the roomiest choice.
