How is a reusable stroker different from a disposable cup? A disposable cup comes pre-lubricated and is thrown away after one session. A reusable stroker like the Spinner is a separate elastomer sleeve that you lubricate yourself, rinse out afterwards and dry before storing. It costs more than a single cup but lasts for many sessions if you look after it. The trade-off is a few minutes of cleaning and drying each time, which is why the Spinner's case includes its own drying stand.
Tenga Spinner 03 Shell: firmness and texture in balance
Spinner 03 Shell is the all-rounder of Tenga's twisting strokers. The inside is covered in fan-shaped tiles with firm edges, laid out so the sleeve keeps a steady, close hold along its length. A coil in the sleeve wall rotates that lining as you stroke, so the fanned edges sweep around the shaft instead of only sliding along it.
Tenga pitches the Shell at buyers who cannot decide between a firm sleeve and a strongly textured one, because it offers some of each. Like the rest of the range it is washable, comes in a can with a drying stand in the base, and includes a lotion pouch.
Best for: A sensible pick if you are buying one Spinner and are not sure which texture you will like. It suits anyone who wants a snug, moderately textured manual stroker for solo use or for a partner to use on them.
At a glance: Balanced firmness · Spins with each stroke · Reusable · Lotion included

How to use
Open the can from the top and slide the sleeve out. Take off the protective film and remove the lotion pouch. Work lotion into the inside of the sleeve and over the opening. Hold the Shell at its top end, give it a squeeze so the air escapes, and ease yourself in. Long strokes give the most rotation, short ones keep the twist subtle. Shift your grip toward the top for stronger suction. After use, wash it under cold or lukewarm water, pat dry and set it on the drying case.
Care
- Water-based lubricant only. Apply it inside and at the entry point.
- Wash with cold or lukewarm running water after every session. Use only mild, neutral soap and no alcohol.
- Do not turn it fully inside out. Fold the opening back no further than the coil.
- Dry with a towel, then leave it on the stand in a ventilated place. The inside can take a while, so give it time.
- Close the case and keep it in a cool, dry, dark place once the sleeve is completely dry.

Frequently asked questions
Which Spinner should I pick if I am unsure?
The Shell is the balanced choice. Tenga presents it as the answer for buyers torn between firmness and stimulation. Go for the Tetra if you want softer and roomier, or the Hexa or Brick if you want bolder texture.
Does it really spin?
Yes, but not like a motor. The sleeve twists one way as you push in and back the other way as you pull out, because the internal coil stretches and recoils. Longer strokes produce more rotation than short ones.
Can I use it in the shower?
The sleeve has no electronics and is washed with water, so water will not harm it. Water does rinse away water-based lubricant, though, so you may need to reapply. Dry it fully on its stand afterwards.
What is the sleeve made of?
The sleeve is elastomer, a soft, stretchable material. The case is made from PP, PS and PE plastics. Use only water-based lubricant and mild, neutral soap with it, and keep alcohol-based cleaners away from it.
Is the size the same as the other Spinners?
Yes. All six standard Spinners are listed at 5.12 x 1.77 x 1.77 in and 4.58 oz, with the same reference insertion width of 1.96 in. Only the internal pattern and feel change between them.
