Care and tips for this toy

TPE sleeve

Clean

  1. 1Rinse with warm, not hot, water right after use. Never leave it overnight.
  2. 2Wash the inside with mild unscented soap or toy cleaner, then rinse until no slickness is left.
  3. 3Closed-end sleeve: fill it and squeeze it out several times.

Dry and store

  1. 1Shake it out and air-dry it upright. Allow 5 to 6 hours; open-ended sleeves about 3 to 4.
  2. 2If the inside feels cool to the touch, it is still damp.
  3. 3When bone-dry, dust it lightly with cornstarch or renewal powder and store it in a breathable pouch.

Avoid

  1. Sealing it in plastic, or closing the cap fully, while it is damp. That grows mould.
  2. Alcohol, bleach, dish soap and hot water.
  3. Oil-based lube. Use water-based.

Getting the feel right

About a tablespoon of water-based lube inside plus a dab at the entrance. With a suction cap, start one or two turns open and tighten for more grip.

Does the texture inside a stroker really change how it feels? Yes. The lining is the part that touches you, so its shape decides the sensation. Large, sharp-edged blocks feel strong and distinct. Small, rounded nodes spread the contact out and feel smoother and lighter. In a Spinner the effect is doubled, because the coil rotates the lining and drags each detail sideways as well as lengthwise. The Pixel uses fine nodes arranged in a spiral, so the twist feels soft and continuous.

Tenga Spinner 04 Pixel: a gentler kind of spin

Spinner 04 Pixel is the relaxed option in the second wave of Tenga Spinners. Its lining is a spiral of delicate nodes that are less pronounced than the tiles in the first three models, which gives a wraparound feel instead of a hard-edged one. The coil in the sleeve wall still turns the whole lining with each stroke, so those nodes travel around the shaft in a slow corkscrew.

Tenga describes the Pixel as firm yet welcoming: the sleeve holds its shape, but the detail is fine enough for long, unhurried sessions. It is a washable elastomer sleeve in a can with a drying stand, with a lotion pouch included.

Best for: Best for those who find heavily textured strokers too intense, who are sensitive, or who like to draw things out. It is a hand-operated sleeve for the penis that works solo or with a partner, and it needs no power.

At a glance: Gentle node texture · Twisting coil · Reusable · Built-in drying stand

Key features

Pixel texture Many small, delicate nodes give a soft, enveloping contact with no hard edges.
Spiral layout The nodes run in a spiral, which follows the direction of the sleeve's twist.
Coil-driven rotation Stroking stretches the internal coil and turns the sleeve around you.
Firm yet welcoming The sleeve keeps a supportive hold while the fine detail keeps the feel gentle.
Suction control Squeezing out the air before entry adds a vacuum sensation you can adjust with your grip.
Hygienic drying The case converts into a stand so the sleeve dries open, not folded in a drawer.
Reusable sleeve Rinse, dry and store it in its can between uses.

How to use

Remove the top cover, take the Pixel out and peel off the film protector. Set the lotion pouch aside, then spread lotion through the inside of the sleeve and around the entry. Holding the sleeve by its top, press the air out and insert. Start with slow, full-length strokes so you can feel the spiral turn, then change speed or grip as you like. Holding higher up increases the suction. When you are done, rinse the sleeve with cold or lukewarm water, pat it dry and place it on the drying case.

Care

  • Use a water-based lubricant and top it up during longer sessions.
  • Rinse well under cold or lukewarm water after use. Mild, neutral soap only, and no alcohol-based cleaners.
  • Avoid turning the sleeve fully inside out, which can damage the coil.
  • Pat dry, then air dry on the stand revealed by removing the bottom cover.
  • Refit both covers when it is fully dry and store it out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Pixel compare with the Beads and Brick?

The three share a spiral layout. The Pixel has the smallest, most delicate nodes and the gentlest feel. The Beads uses alternating spheres of different sizes for a rolling sensation. The Brick has large, bold tiles and is the most intense of the three.

Is the Pixel a good first stroker?

It is a reasonable starting point if you prefer mild stimulation. There are no settings to learn, the sleeve is easy to rinse, and the texture is the least aggressive in the range. Those who want a roomier fit may prefer the Tetra.

Does the spin work at slow speeds?

Yes. The rotation depends on how far the sleeve stretches, not how fast you move. A slow, long stroke turns the sleeve just as far as a quick one, which suits the Pixel's gentler texture.

How do I store it?

Let it dry completely on its stand first. Then put the sleeve back in the case, fit the top and bottom covers, and keep it in a cool, dark, dry place. Storing it damp can lead to mold.

Does it come with lubricant?

Yes, a sample pouch of Tenga's water-based lotion is in the can, enough to try it out. After that, any water-based lubricant will do. Apply it to the inside of the sleeve and the opening.
