How to use
Charge the pad and the remote before first use. Lay a towel on a firm chair, couch or bed and set the pad on it with the shaft pointing up. Switch on the pad and the remote so they pair. Coat the shaft and the pad surface with water-based lubricant. Lower yourself onto the shaft slowly while it is still, and settle so the rear mound rests where you want it. Then start the thrusting at the lowest speed from the remote. Rock your hips, and move through the speeds and patterns as you go.
Care
- Use water-based lubricant only.
- Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse, spray with toy cleaner and pat dry.
- It is rated IPX6: fine under running water or in the shower, but do not submerge it.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the Spin n' Grind?
The pads are almost the same size and share the remote, the 4 speeds and 7 patterns and the ribbed rear mound. The difference is the shaft. On the Thrust n' Grind it moves up and down by 0.5 inches. On the Spin n' Grind it rotates instead.
How big is the shaft?
It reaches 4 inches at rest and 4.5 inches at the top of its stroke, and it is 1.6 inches across at the widest point. That is a moderate size, and the short stroke keeps the motion controlled.
Is the rear mound inserted?
No. It is a raised, ribbed bump 1.6 inches tall that sits behind the shaft and presses against the outside of the anus while you ride. It vibrates with the rest of the pad.
How far does the remote reach?
Up to 16 feet, according to the distributor. That is enough for a partner to control the pad from across the room. The remote recharges with the USB cable, in the same way as the pad.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. The IPX6 rating covers shower use and rinsing under the tap. The note from the distributor says not to submerge it, so do not use it in a filled bath or leave it to soak.
